Michael Eugene Jornov

Michael Eugene Jornov passed away unexpectedly on November 12, 2019 at the age of 60. He was the son of the late Eugene and Katherine Jornov, and lived in Valatie all his life until moving to Hunter in the last few years.

He is survived by five siblings: MaryAnn Morrison of Lansingburgh, Stephen Jornov (Patricia) of Lebanon, PA, Vincent Jornov (Donna) of Stuyvesant, Anthony Jornov of Niverville, and Theresa Jornov of Delmar. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, and seven great-nieces and great-nephews. Michael was an outdoorsman who loved gardening, fishing, hunting, and all things nature. He worked in the construction field all his life, and was a member of Bricklayers & Trowel Trades International. 

He was a kind soul who was always ready to lend a helping hand to others he met along the way of life. A memorial services will be held at a future date. If you wish to honor Michael in some way, please reach out a helping hand to those in need.
